Product Description Automation

Product Description Automation

Unique, Optimised Copy for Every SKU

Writing unique descriptions for a whole catalogue by hand is either too slow or too expensive, so most stores fall back on manufacturer copy that every competitor also uses. This automation writes individual, optimised descriptions from your product data instead.

Every page gets unique, indexable content in your brand voice, built from the product's real attributes. Your team reviews and approves before anything goes live.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to process a catalogue?

Processing time scales with the size of the catalogue. A small batch turns around quickly; a larger one takes proportionally longer. Either way it's a single run from data import to delivery, not a page-at-a-time grind.

What if I sell products that are very similar?

The system differentiates based on each product's unique attributes, colour, size, material, use case. Even closely related products get genuinely distinct descriptions, and copy is checked for uniqueness across the catalogue.

Can you match our existing brand voice?

Yes. Your strongest existing descriptions are analysed and the patterns, sentence structure, vocabulary, tone, are encoded into the generation rules, so new copy reads like the same brand wrote it.

Do you write descriptions in multiple languages?

The service is currently English only. Where a store needs other languages, that's flagged at scoping so we can plan the right approach rather than promise something the pipeline doesn't yet do.

Can I review before they go live?

Always. The standard workflow includes a review stage, and you approve the output before anything touches your CMS. Nothing is published without your sign-off.

How do you handle data you can't confirm?

Descriptions are built from your own product attributes, never invented specifications. Where a detail can't be confirmed from the product data, it's flagged for you to supply rather than guessed, so nothing inaccurate ends up on a product page.
