Consulting means I advise, audit, and design. Building means I implement. Many clients start with a workshop to identify the right automations, then I build them. You can do one without the other, or both.
Do I need to be technical?
No. I translate between business needs and technical implementation. You describe the problem in plain English, I design the solution and explain it without jargon.
What industries do you work with?
Trades, accountants, solicitors, estate agents, e-commerce, and digital agencies. I've built automations for all of these. The consulting applies the same framework regardless of industry, identify bottlenecks, design solutions, calculate ROI.
