Bulk Meta Updater
Rewrite Every Title and Description in One Run
Hand-writing metadata across a large site is slow, repetitive work. This tool crawls every URL you give it, classifies the page, extracts the entities that matter, and writes a new title tag and meta description tuned to that page's intent.
Every line comes back validated for length and confidence-scored, in a copy-ready spreadsheet. You review and paste, no plugin to wrestle with, no page left untouched.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does the bulk meta updater work?
You supply a list of URLs or a sitemap. The tool crawls each page, classifies it by type, extracts the primary entities, then writes a new title tag and meta description per page using SEO patterns coded into the engine. Output is a copy-ready table with character counts and a confidence score for each page.
Does it write titles and descriptions for every page type?
Yes. Pages are classified first, homepage, service, product, category, blog, or location, and each type gets a title and description structure suited to its search intent. A product page is treated differently from a blog post, so the output reflects what each page is actually for.
Are the titles and descriptions within Google's character limits?
Every title and description is validated against character-count limits before it lands in the output. Titles are kept short enough to avoid truncation in the SERP, and descriptions are written to fill the available space without being cut off. Any page that can't be confirmed is flagged rather than guessed.
Does it pull data from my live pages or invent it?
Every page is crawled live before anything is written. Product names, services, and key facts come from your own page, never from a competitor or a template. If a detail can't be confirmed on the page, it's flagged for review instead of being fabricated.
What do I get back?
A spreadsheet with one row per URL: the current title and description, the rewritten title and description, character counts, the page type detected, and a confidence score. You review, then paste straight into your CMS or hand it to a developer.
How is this different from a metadata plugin?
A plugin gives you a field to type into. This writes the metadata for you across every page at once, classified by type and validated for length, using SEO patterns built from years of technical SEO work. It's a writing engine, not an input box.
