How large a keyword dataset can the system process?
There's no practical limit. Large keyword exports are processed in a single run, and processing time scales with the size of the dataset, a bigger list simply takes a little longer. You supply the data, the system handles the volume.
Is the clustering actually accurate?
It uses semantic analysis, not just string matching. Keywords are grouped by meaning and search intent rather than shared words, so closely related terms land in the same cluster even when they look different on the surface. Every cluster is reviewed before it reaches the deliverable.
