Automated Keyword Research

Automated Keyword Research

From a Raw Keyword Export to a Publishable Strategy

The hard part of keyword research isn't finding terms, it's turning a giant export into a structure you can act on. This automation clusters keywords by intent, maps them to content types, finds the gaps your competitors are filling, and writes a brief for each priority cluster.

Your strategist reviews and refines the output instead of spending days in spreadsheets. The result is a prioritised plan, not another list to wade through.

How It Works

Four steps from seed keywords to a finished, prioritised strategy.

01

Seed and Supply

Provide seed keywords, competitor domains, or an existing export. The system expands from there.

02

Collect and Expand

Related keywords, People Also Ask, and competitor rankings are gathered and normalised into one dataset.

03

Cluster and Classify

Keywords are grouped by topic, tagged by intent, and gaps against named competitors are surfaced.

04

Brief and Deliver

Priority clusters become content briefs, packaged in a branded report with the supporting dataset.

Frequently Asked Questions

How large a keyword dataset can the system process?

There's no practical limit. Large keyword exports are processed in a single run, and processing time scales with the size of the dataset, a bigger list simply takes a little longer. You supply the data, the system handles the volume.

Is the clustering actually accurate?

It uses semantic analysis, not just string matching. Keywords are grouped by meaning and search intent rather than shared words, so closely related terms land in the same cluster even when they look different on the surface. Every cluster is reviewed before it reaches the deliverable.

Can I use my own data sources?

Yes. Feed in exports from Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, or any CSV. The system normalises and processes any keyword dataset, so you can build the research on the data you already trust.

How is this different from a keyword tool like Semrush?

A keyword tool gives you raw data. This gives you strategy. The output isn't another list, it's prioritised clusters mapped to content types with implementation-ready briefs. The clustering, intent tagging, and gap analysis that a strategist would do by hand are done for you.

Can I white-label the output?

Yes. Every deliverable is available with your agency's branding, so you can use the research in client pitches, onboarding, and quarterly planning as your own.

What do I get back at the end?

A branded report with prioritised keyword clusters, a per-keyword intent map, a competitor gap list, and a content brief for each priority cluster. Supporting data is provided as a spreadsheet so your team can sort, filter, and drop it into a content plan.
